Private automation agent
JARVIS Agent
JARVIS Agent is a personal automation system operated by one individual — its owner — on hardware the owner controls. It connects to the owner's own Google account through Google's official APIs and performs routine work on the owner's behalf: triaging email, keeping the calendar tidy, and organising files on Google Drive.
It has exactly one user. There is no sign-up, no multi-tenant service, and no third-party access.
What it does
-
Email triage
Reads and classifies incoming messages on the owner's account, drafts replies, and sends messages only when the owner has approved them.
-
Calendar
Reads upcoming events to prepare briefings and answer questions about the owner's schedule.
-
Drive & documents
Creates, uploads and retrieves files, spreadsheets and documents in the owner's own Drive — for example generated reports that the owner then reviews.
-
Home automation
Runs on the owner's self-hosted server and also drives local infrastructure, such as a 3D printer and monitoring for the owner's home lab.
How Google user data is handled
| Who can access the data | Only the owner of the account. The agent runs on the owner's own server; no other party is involved. |
|---|---|
| Where it is stored | On the owner's self-hosted hardware. Credentials are stored as local files readable only by the agent's runtime user. |
| Third parties | None. Google user data is never sold, rented, shared, or used for advertising, profiling, or training AI models. |
| Revoking access | At any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. |
