JARVIS Agent is a private tool with exactly one user: its owner. These terms exist to state that plainly, and to define what the software may be used for if anyone else ever encounters it.

1. What this is

JARVIS Agent (“the Application”) is a personal automation system developed and operated by Mateusz (“the owner”). It runs on the owner's own hardware and acts on the owner's own accounts. It is not offered as a product or service to the public and has no registration, accounts, or subscription of any kind.

2. Eligibility and access

3. Acceptable use

When interacting with the Application, the owner agrees not to:

4. Third-party services

The Application connects to services operated by Google LLC and to other services the owner uses (for example, a self-hosted GitLab instance or a network controller for the owner's home lab). Use of those services is governed by their own terms. This Application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

5. No warranty

The Application is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Automated systems make mistakes: output may be incomplete or wrong, and the owner is responsible for reviewing anything the Application produces before relying on it.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner of the Application shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Application. The Application is a personal project, not a commercial offering; no service level or availability is promised.

7. Availability and changes

8. Intellectual property

The Application and its source code remain the property of the owner. Nothing in these terms grants any licence or right to copy, modify, or redistribute the Application.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be brought before the courts competent for the owner's place of residence.
